1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders through February 15th, 2026. No discount code is required at checkout.
For all orders, we utilize standard shipping via USPS.

Handling Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

Transit Time: Once shipped, orders typically take 3–5 business days to arrive, depending on your location within the United States.

Total Delivery Time: You can expect your package within 4–7 business days from the time your order is placed.
2. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Solmere is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
